SERVICES & AREAS OF PRACTICE
- C S & Associates ( C S A ) are Professional Debt Recovery Practitioners and render National and International Debt Recovery, Pre-Legal (Pre-Court) and Legal (Court Action) services to Commercial and Consumer entities, since 1988.
- Specialized Pre-Legal Commercial and Consumer Debt Recovery services are rendered in compliance with applicable legislation.
- A “No Collection – No Commission (Fee) Basis” applies to Pre-Legal (Pre-Court) Debt Recovery and is subject to a pre-agreed collection commission sliding scale % rate, which is payable on the amount collected, amount handed over , credited or assets recovered
- Less than 1.5% of handed over cases are referred to our Panel of selected Attorneys, due to our debt recovery success rate.
OVERVIEW & FEES
- A “No Collection – No Commission (Fee) Basis” applies to Pre-Legal (Pre-Court) Debt Recovery and is subject to a Pre-Agreement and collection commission sliding scale % rate, which is payable on the amount collected, amount handed over, credited, or assets recovered.
- Each Client is allocated a Credit Risk Manager / Collections Consultant who will attend to all the Client’s cases.
- Handed over Case files will be attended to within 2 hours (and or same day) from receipt in terms of applicable legislation. (please take current connectivity problems, email etc. into consideration)
- Problematic cases may be escalated to the Pre-Legal Department for evaluation and additional assistance.
- Debt Recovered is paid directly into Client’s Account by the debtor and or C S A Audited Trust account, subject to the Collections / Pre-Agreement.
- Court Actions and additional legal services are subject to quotation and referral to our panel of attorneys, prior to rendering such service, whereby fees apply.

- Court Actions, additional litigation, and additional legal services undertaken are subject to evaluation, quotation, and referral to our panel of attorneys, prior to rendering such service, whereby fees apply
